– The Shane McMahon vs. Vince McMahon storyline has changed recently. The original script for the opening segment on this past Monday’s RAW was for Shane to respond to everything that Stephanie said the week before. Shane was supposed to say that Triple H and Stephanie had better make good on their promise to quit the company if he beat The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32. He was also supposed to say that if they didn’t make good on their promise, then he would fire them the next night on RAW. WWE changed the script just hours before the show went live.
It’s said that when Shane returned two week’s ago on RAW, he got lost on his promo, but most people didn’t notice because Vince did a good job covering for him.
-While Vince McMahon says that he loves NXT while in public, the reality of the situation is that he sees the brand as a touring product filled with many guys that he doesn’t see as stars that can make money for the company.
When Tyler Breeze was called up to the main roster last year, he feuded with Dolph Ziggler but has since been put in a jobber role and not used on WWE TV often. As of late, there’s been a lot of talk about the treatment of Breeze on the main roster. For awhile now, talents in NXT wanted to be called up to the main roster to make more money, but they also love working in NXT, and some people in NXT saw Breeze as a guy that was ready to be a WWE star, but he’s treated as an afterthought. Many talents in WWE feel that NXT is really fun, and the main roster is the culmination of a lifelong dream but very frustrating at the same time.
