WWE employees disappointed with WWE’s handling of WrestleMania situation

There is a high chance WrestleMania might be cancelled this year. The outbreak of the COVID-19 disease has presented a difficult situation for the company.

Tampa officials are expected to hold a meeting next week and decide if they will cancel or postpone WrestleMania 36. It is unlikely the situation will become better in a week.

WWE employees are unhappy with WWE’s handling of the entire situation. Many of them are working from home. According to a report by Brad Shepard, the employees see WWE taking so much time to decide on the WrestleMania situation as disappointing.

The latest on the #WWE/coronavirus situation, per a source:

– Most employees are now working from home with no timetable.
– Emails from HR have been vague and aren’t providing answers or clear direction.
– The news to decide on WrestleMania next week is seen as disappointing.

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that WWE will most likely not cancel the show themselves as it could be an insurance issue.

We will get to know next week what decision will be taken regarding WrestleMania. Updates will be provided regarding this ongoing issue.
