The report reveals that the company faced a big loss due to the cancellation of WrestleMania weekend in Tampa. Rumors on the internet suggested that the promotion is being sold to WWE.
The Observer tried to approach both parties for a statement but were met with no response.
If WWE is indeed planning on purchasing EVOLVE then they’d have the possession of the company’s tape library and more. Many wrestlers could get an opportunity to make themselves known in WWE while many could lose their jobs permanently.
