WWE Top Star Had Dementia Before Firing?

Vince McMahon was the CEO of WWE before he had to step down following allegations of sexual misconduct and allegedly having paid $12 million in hush money in a huge scandal. He eventually retired from WWE for good and was replaced by his daughter Stephanie McMahon as the CEO of WWE. His son-in-law Triple H is now the Executive Vice President of Talent and Relations as well.

Sean Sapp reported behind Fightful’s paywall that Vince McMahon’s short-term memory when it comes to booking is something many within WWE are happy that will be finally gone. With Triple H in charge, there will be a lot of new ideas and long-term storytelling. Many in WWE were worried about McMahon’s alleged memory loss, which many can see as a sign of early dementia for the elderly.

“When asking those working in and near creative what they expected to change the most with Triple H in control, and one specifically said ‘recall of what we have and haven’t done repeatedly. There were so many things that Vince insisted on doing that I’m pretty sure he didn’t remember doing over and over again, even when people would tell him.’”
