WWE Legend Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts recently talked about a potential “battle of the minds” involving himself the former WWE star Bray Wyatt and former ECW Champion Raven.
Jake Roberts opens up on the matter
Jake Roberts, Bray Wyatt and Raven have had some great creative prowess which was loved by the fans. The mind games were certainly on a whole new level that would outwit their opponents.
On a recent episode of “DDP Snake Pit” Roberts took part in a Q&A and was asked who would win in the battle. He seemed to be quite confident about himself winning it as he said:
“I would. No question.” Roberts said. “Here’s the thing man, I’ve been on the road since eternity. Since they invented water, I was there when that happened. I’ve got a lot of ammunition that you’ve never seen. And now I can remember it! I’m sober.”
Roberts has maintained his sobriety since 2012, thanks to help from friend and co-host DDP. “You couldn’t beat a messed-up Jake, what are you going to do with a sober one?” he asked.
While Jake believes that he could’ve beaten the other two men soundly, Roberts also called Wyatt and Raven “great guys” and said the three could’ve gotten maximum response from minimal physicality. “We would’ve rocked the world, brother, and never had to lock up. Just look at each other.”
Raven is currently hosting “The Raven Effect” podcast. Meanwhile, Bray Wyatt has reportedly signed back with WWE. He was shockingly released by the company last year amid the pandemic. He has been teasing the fans about a possible return. Fans have been speculating his pro-wrestling future and there have been numerous reports revolving around his return to WWE. WWE Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event will mark the company’s first premium event in UK in over a decade. It seems the event could see the return of Bray Wyatt.
