O’Malley has delved into the open relationship he has with his wife Danya Gonzalez, admitting that the couple have had some “dope threesomes” together.
Away from the arena, O’Malley has previously admitted to being in an open relationship with his long-term girlfriend and now-wife Danya. And, interviewed on the Full Send podcast, Sean delved into how the couple manage their unusual arrangement.
“Everyone has a different take on what an open relationship is. I like to think of ours as just an open-minded relationship where we don’t own each other,” he began.
“I don’t own her, and she doesn’t own me… When I met Dany, I told her, ‘I don’t know why somebody would f*** the same chick for the rest of their life, I can’t do that’.
“So she knew, she didn’t fall in love with a fake me. She knew who she was falling in love with. Because I was myself, I talked about chicks, and didn’t lie to her, and didn’t say, ‘I don’t think about f***ing chicks, I was just straight up with her since day one.”
Sean explained, that the pair are comfortable with the idea of each other sleeping with other people and has led to them engaging in threesomes, as well as allowing the fighter to pursue interested girls.
“The coolest thing that’s ever happened in our relationship, we’ve had some dope threesomes. Every relationship should be okay with that, that just needs to happen,” he continued.
