Rhea Ripley Getting AEW Star To Return To WWE?

Rhea Ripley is undoubtedly a force to be reckoned with in the WWE universe, having achieved incredible success across all the brands she has been a part of. Her impressive career has been marked by multiple championship wins, and she has earned a loyal following of fans who admire her strength, skill, and tenacity in the ring.

But while Ripley’s achievements in the wrestling world are certainly noteworthy, there’s another aspect of her life that has been making headlines lately: her relationship with AEW star Buddy Matthews. Ripley and Matthews have been dating for several months now, and their social media feeds are filled with adorable photos of the two of them together.

Despite working for rival wrestling companies, Ripley and Matthews have never shied away from showing their support for each other’s careers. In fact, Ripley recently hinted that she could convince Matthews to make a return to WWE, where he was previously known as Buddy Murphy.

Matthews had a successful run in WWE, winning the NXT Tag Team Title, the RAW Tag Team Championship, and the Cruiserweight Title during his time with the company. However, he eventually parted ways with WWE and joined AEW, where he is currently a member of The House Of Black.

During an interview with Gery Roif, Ripley discussed the possibility of bringing Matthews back to WWE. When asked if she could convince Matthews to return, Ripley replied, “Ohh, Maybe, maybe. I don’t know. So, I’m very convincing. I’m a very convincing girl, you know. I normally get what I want. So, it might happen, you never know.”

While Ripley’s comments certainly leave the door open for the possibility of Matthews returning to WWE, she also made it clear that she is happy with their current situation. “Right now I’m happy with my DomDom,. I’m happy going out there with him and Finn and Damian and I mean, you never know what the future holds. It might happen.”
