Randy Orton, the legendary professional wrestler known for his incredible talent and signature RKO finishing move, has been on hiatus from WWE since undergoing back fusion surgery last year. While he was actually around at WrestleMania 39 this year, he did not appear on-screen, leaving fans eagerly awaiting his return to the ring.
However, it seems that fans may have to wait even longer to see The Viper in action again, as his father, WWE Hall of Famer Cowboy Bob Orton, recently revealed that Randy’s doctors have advised him not to return to the ring. Despite this, Cowboy also noted that Randy is training and could potentially make a comeback if he feels ready.
“He’s training, so we’ll see what happens; I don’t know. If he feels like he’s ready to go back, I think he might, but again he’s pretty well taken care of. I don’t think he need [sic] to. And I think the doctors have told him not to. But Randy will do what Randy wants to do.”
It remains to be seen what Randy’s future in WWE will hold, but there is no doubt that his return would be highly anticipated by fans and could lead to significant business for the company. However, given the seriousness of his injury and the advice of his medical professionals, it is unclear when or if he will return to the ring.
In the meantime, WWE fans have been closely following the career of Matt Riddle, who recently returned to television after WrestleMania, only to be hit with a scandal involving leaked nude videos. It remains to be seen how WWE will handle the situation and what Riddle’s future with the company will hold.
Despite these setbacks, WWE fans remain dedicated to The Apex Predator and eagerly await their return to the ring. Only time will tell when we will see Randy Orton and other beloved wrestlers back in action, but fans will undoubtedly continue to support them every step of the way.
