Popular actor Jamie Foxx had raised concerns with his health complications. His multimillion-dollar Los Angeles-area home appears to be under construction as his health condition remains a mystery to the public.
The 55-year-old Oscar-winning actor’s – who is said to be doing well – Hidden Valley estate was seen being renovated ahead of the holiday weekend.
A large dumpster is sitting in the back of the sprawling mansion, filled with discarded debris. Planks of wood, a ladder, and a handyman table were also in plain sight, set under the star’s wrap-around balcony.
It comes nearly three months after the comedian experienced a medical complication in early April. It’s unknown exactly what revamping is being done to the 17,000 square foot property.
Foxx purchased the villa – which was designed Mediterranean-style – in 2007 and it sits on 40 acres of land, according to velvetrope.com.
The mansion is surrounded by panoramic mountain views and it was constructed in 1995. Jamie’s abode boasts 10 bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a formal living room dining area, 12 bathrooms, a gym, a recording studio, game room, library and a five-car garage.
The master bedroom has a sitting room, two fireplaces, double baths, a sauna and a balcony. Outside, the estate has various tennis courts, an Olympic swimming pool, guest houses, and a customized basketball court.
The longtime entertainer took to Instagram in May to update fans with a message that read: ‘Appreciate all the love!!! Feeling blessed.’
And earlier this week, Jamie’s co-star John Boyega revealed that he ‘finally picked up the phone’ and is ‘doing well’ amid his mystery health battle.
