WWE’s Biggest Name Is Missing SummerSlam

Vince McMahon is not backstage at WWE SummerSlam after his spinal surgery and the feds raiding his home, PWInsider reports.

– Logan Paul vs. Ricochet

– Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar

– Summerslam Battle Royal
– Ronda Rousey vs. Shayna Baszler MMA rules

– GUNTHER vs. Drew McIntyre

– Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor

– Asuka vs. Bianca Belair vs. Charlotte Flair

– Roman Reigns vs. Jey Uso

They also reported:

– Titus O’Neil is in town and worked the fan service event. He’s stated he’s not retired, but isn’t actively wrestling, and has been backstage much more.

– Johnny Gargano, Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae were not brought in to Detroit as of Friday.

– Rhea Ripley isn’t on the card, but worked the C4 event, and the Smackdown Watch Party

– Contrary to previous reports, Becky Lynch is not in Detroit.

– Bobby Roode is in town, and is starting work as a producer. He’s not expected back in the ring this year.

– Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens appeared at Comerica Park for the Detroit Tigers game

– Big E worked the fan service event Friday where he stated he does not have a timeline on an in-ring return.

– Chelsea Green is in Detroit.

– Maximum Male Models were not brought in.

– Dominik Mysterio and Damian Priest were both brought in for the show.

– Maxxine Dupri is in town and was doing media throughout the week.

– Omos has not been factored in creatively lately, but is in town

– Baron Corbin has largely been working NXT lately, but was doing media in Detroit this week. Mustafa Ali was not brought in

– We haven’t confirmed that Randy Orton is in town, but WWE did confirm with us that he’s not ready to be cleared for in-ring action.

– Seth Rollins flew to Detroit for the C4 Energy event, back to Dayton for Smackdown tapings, then back to Detroit.

– Tommaso Ciampa, Chad Gable and Otis were announced for the Slim Jim Battle Royal but weren’t on the graphic. They’re still expected to be in the match. Otis and Gable did media and Ciampa is in town

– Nikki Cross, Sarah Schreiber and Carmelo Hayes were sent to Philadelphia for a watch party
