Ivanka Trump is at the crossroads of her life as she has to choose between what’s lawfully right and what has to be “considered” lawfully right to save her father. Donald Trump is in a situation where he has to be wondering on what to do so that he can avoid the law authorities in the New York fraud trial. The case has been brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James and seeks Ivanka Trump’s testimony in the matter.
Donald Trump has called the case politically motivated and has tried everything in his power to cancel the trial. He hasn’t had success until now, and it doesn’t look like he will have any going into the next set of dates. According to Newsweek, Ivanka Trump may have to use the Fifth Amendment to save herself from revealing information in this regard. Her lawyers have also stated that she was removed from the case due to limitations and that subpoena’s weren’t delivered to her. These aren’t helping her as the Judge has set a date for her court appearance.

Donald Trump needs to find some new ways to save Ivanka Trump and himself
Donald Trump has a problem heading into the trial in New York. He has a NYAG and a judge that isn’t intimidated by his previous work or his stature. They uphold the law and are trying everything to make sure that Trump’s business fraud is brought to justice. It needs to be seen if Donald Trump can bypass the evidence produced by the NYAG.
Judge Arthur Engoron has already found Trump, his sons and the Trump Organization guilty. The current trial is going on to understand the extent of the fraud. It’s in regards to this that Ivanka’s credit card details have been brought forward by Letitia James.
She has a lot of answering to do as there are details about her financial transactions and her husband Jared Kushner’s money related businesses during, and almost towards the end of the Trump time in the White House. The big question remains if she will be testifying against her father, brothers and the organization that helped her attain all the wealth.
