In a recent post on his social media platform Truth Social, former President Donald Trump launched a fervent defense of the Trump Organization amidst the ongoing New York fraud trial. Trump adamantly proclaimed the financial strength and integrity of his company, characterizing it as “Financially Strong, Powerful, [and] Very Liquid,” while denouncing the trial as a politically motivated endeavor orchestrated by a biased judge and a corrupt Attorney General.
Trump’s scathing remarks targeted the trial proceedings presided over by Judge Arthur Engoron, whom he labeled a “TRUMP HATING, RADICAL LEFT, DEMOCRAT OPERATIVE JUDGE.” Trump accused Engoron of exhibiting prejudicial behavior, citing the judge’s allegedly erroneous evaluation of the Trump Organization’s assets, particularly a property deemed to be worth significantly less than its purported value. Trump’s tirade escalated as he accused the Attorney General, Letitia James, of collaborating with President Joe Biden and other political adversaries, branding the case as a miscarriage of justice and a deliberate attempt to interfere with the forthcoming 2024 Presidential Election.
Continuing his assault on Engoron, Trump doubled down on his accusations, labeling the judge as a “wacko” who disregarded the Appeals Court’s instructions and exhibited a personal vendetta against him. Trump lambasted Engoron for allegedly targeting him and his family, emphasizing the perceived injustices inflicted upon them throughout the trial. He further contended that the case rested on the testimony of a single witness, whom he dismissed as a “LOSER,” demanding the dismissal of the entire case.
This Election Interference case, brought by Racist and Corrupt Attorney General Peekaboo James, in close coordination with Crooked Joe Biden and Washington, D.C., Fascists, Marxists, and Communists, is a disgrace. With ZERO evidence, and before the Trial even started, the Judge, Arthur Engoron, ruled viciously against me. He stated strongly that a Billion Dollar House was worth only $18,000,000. Likewise, but to a lesser extent, he did this with other properties, also. The A.G. laughed at him! This is a great Miscarriage of Justice, and while they want to settle, why should I be forced to settle when I did nothing wrong? The State should focus on reducing Taxes, fighting Violent Crime, & keeping businesses from leaving New York!

“When Judge Arthur Engoron, one of the most overturned, on Appeal, Judges on the ‘bench,’ stated that a Billion Dollar House is only worth 18 Million Dollars, & made numerous other mistakes, as well, he is the ‘Fraudster,’ not me – He is just doing this out of his personal ‘Hatred of TRUMP,’ his love of the publicity that this case is getting him, & his lack of respect for the Appeals Court. (He is in total violation of their order ending much of this Witch Hunt right now. He refuses to do what they say he must!),” declared the former president. “Engoron is a wacko who is having a great time endlessly sanctioning, fining, & pushing around ‘TRUMP,’ hurting my very good children, & working to damage & defame me for purposes of Interfering with the 2024 Presidential Election, all this while never admonishing our failed & corrupt Attorney General, whose ‘Star Witness’ admitted he lied, & that I did NOT tell him to inflate values, a total reversal. Their whole case was based on this single LOSER, so it should be dismissed!”
