Ben Affleck & Matt Damon Accused Of Stalking By…

According to Daily Mail, a New York attorney has filed a lawsuit against Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, accusing them of stalking and harassing her to use private details of her life in their work by allegedly bugging her home. The court documents claim that the plaintiff became an unwitting participant in a simulation involving SNL skits, films produced by Harvey Weinstein, and various shows and movies, including “Maid in Manhattan,” “Gone Girl,” and others.

The lawsuit alleges that the plaintiff’s identity and personal experiences were used without her consent, leading to patterns in works that include characters with her first name, similar appearances, and references to her likes and dislikes. The plaintiff claims that her home was bugged, her devices were hacked, and she feared potential harm, including rape or kidnapping.

The legal action targets Dimension Films, Disney, Lionsgate, Warner Bros, and Paramount Pictures, accusing them of negligence and allowing plagiarism and harassment to occur. The lawsuit also implicates other individuals, including Casey Affleck, Jennifer Lopez, Kevin Smith, Ryan Seacrest, and Harvey Weinstein.

The plaintiff, who suffers from short-term memory loss and physical limitations due to a car accident in 1985, joined Damon and Affleck’s website, Project Greenlight, in 2001. She alleges that patterns in works included characters resembling her and events mirroring her life.

The lawsuit seeks damages and legal action against the accused parties. It remains to be seen how the legal proceedings will unfold and whether the court will accept the allegations made by the plaintiff.
