According to documents obtained by TMZ, Augustine claims that in January 2022, while driving near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Allenford Avenue in Los Angeles, she was struck by Arnold’s car. Augustine contends that Arnold was driving “wrongfully and recklessly,” holding him accountable for the crash and her physical injuries, which include “shock and injury to her nervous system.” She fears that these injuries may lead to lasting disability and is pursuing damages to cover medical expenses, property damage, and additional losses.
