Trump Explodes At Woman After Gag Order Reinstated

Former President Donald Trump recently slammed the reinstated gag order in his signature fashion by quadrupling down on unproven conspiracy claims that Judge Arthur Engoron’s wife has posted hateful memes on social media proving an anti-Trump bias via Mediaite.

At issue is Judge Engoron’s gag order, which prohibits Trump from attacking the court’s staff — which was prompted by a Trump Truth Social post in which he attacked the judge’s principal law clerk — has already cost Trump $15,000.00 in fines and a threat of imprisonment from the judge. But that order was stayed pending an appeal — one which was resolved Thursday in Engoron’s favor.

The order reads:

“A petition having been filed with this Court on November 15, 2023, seeking to annul and vacate pursuant to CPLR 7803(2) and (3): (1) orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 20, 2023 and on or about October 26, 2023 constituting summary findings of contempt against petitioner Donald J. Trump; (2) a “gag order” of the same court and justice entered on the record on or about October 03, 2023, and so-ordered on or about October 26, 2023, and a “supplemental limited gag order” of the same court and justice entered on or about November 03, 2023

And petitioners having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid gag order and supplemental limited gag order pending hearing and determination of the instant petition, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied; the interim relief granted by order of a Justice of this Court, dated November 16, 2023, is hereby vacated.

ENTERED: November 30, 2023″

Why did the gag order get reinstated? Well, a cursory look at Trump’s Truth Social account shows many screen-captured anti-Trump social media posts that Trump claims Engoron’s wife posted with the X/Twitter handle “@dm_sminxs.

That account is not currently active, and Engeron’s wife told Newsweek that not only is that not her account, but she does not have a Twitter account.

Newsweek reports:

Newsweek was unable to verify that the account belonged to Dawn Engoron, and on Wednesday, she issued a firm denial. She told Newsweek on Wednesday afternoon that the account does not belong to her.

“I do not have a Twitter account. This is not me. I have not posted any anti Trump messages,” she said.

Minutes after news that the gag order was reinstated, Trump returned to Truth Social and posted another message that read:

“This is the Judge’s Wife and Family that are putting these things out. I am not entitled to a Jury under this Statute. Can this be happening in America? This is the most unfair Trial in the History of New York, and I’ve had some pretty unfair Trials!”
