When billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein was arrested on July 6, 2019, shocking revelations about his sex trafficking crimes came to light, along with glimpses into his mysterious, influential circle, which included A-listers, politicians, and industry leaders. Among the peculiar revelations was an oil painting in Epstein’s Upper East Side townhouse titled “Parsing Bill.”
Created by Australian artist Petrina Ryan-Kleid, the colorful painting depicts former President Bill Clinton wearing a blue dress and red heels while lounging in the Oval Office. The painting was prominently displayed in Epstein’s townhouse, immediately catching the attention of visitors. As the latest documents, revealing the names of over 170 associates of Epstein, were released, an insider suggested that the cheeky artwork symbolizes the relationship between Epstein and Clinton.
Bill Clinton’s name appears frequently in the newly leaked documents, which were part of Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre’s 2015 defamation suit against Ghislaine Maxwell. The relationship between Clinton and Epstein, as well as Maxwell, dates back to the early ’90s. While Clinton has not been implicated in criminal activity, his name features prominently in the documents, mentioned at least 73 times.
An insider commented on the painting, stating that it reflects the comfort and closeness between Epstein and Clinton, allowing them to joke about such matters. However, a Clinton insider dismissed the significance of the artwork, attributing it to Epstein’s purported bad taste in art. Despite the controversial nature of the painting, it adds to the intrigue surrounding the complex relationships within Epstein’s influential social circle.
