Ex-WWE Diva Needs Second Surgery After Emergency

CJ Perry, a standout presence on AEW television as a manager, has recently faced a challenging health battle that continues to impact her well-being. Despite her significant contribution to AEW, Perry has been dealing with health issues for the past month, stemming from a severe infection on her finger, which necessitated emergency surgery. Although she was initially discharged after the operation, it seems that her struggles are far from over.

Following the emergency surgery to salvage her finger, CJ Perry, a former WWE Superstar, candidly shared the origins of the infection. Despite the setback, she made a surprise appearance at AEW Worlds End, where she betrayed Andrade El Idolo and aligned herself with her husband, Miro. Fans were optimistic that she had overcome the health challenges, but recent developments suggest otherwise.

Taking to her Instagram, CJ Perry revealed that she is once again en route to the hospital due to complications arising during her healing process. There is now a looming risk of the infection resurfacing, and Perry disclosed that she might undergo a second surgery. Her post conveyed the uncertainty and anxiety surrounding her health:

“On my way to the hospital again because complications happen with healing and infection possibly coming back. I find out soon if I need a second surgery.”

This unfortunate turn of events is disheartening for CJ Perry, who had just recently been discharged from the hospital. The wrestling community, along with fans, extends thoughts and prayers to Perry during this turbulent time, hoping for a swift recovery and that the infection does not reoccur. The uncertainty surrounding her health adds a layer of concern for those who appreciate her contributions to the wrestling world.
