The former WWE wrestler Matt Riddle has faced a lot of challenges, many of which have been in the public eye. His outburst at JFK airport drew a lot of attention, and shortly afterwards he was dismissed from WWE. Nevertheless, Riddle had a support system within WWE that aided him during some difficult periods.
During an appearance on The Kurt Angle Show, Matt Riddle shed praise on Orton for revitalizing his WWE career after his Survivor Series comeback. He highlighted his on-point physical condition, flawless execution of RKOs, and overall agility. Orton did come back with a fire, and Riddle saw it.
While reflecting on their partnership, Riddle couldn’t thank Orton enough for the shared experiences and the impact it had on his career. He also helped the Original Bro out during some tough times.
“He really helped me out through a lot of tough times because I was going through a divorce at the time and everything else, and he’s been through a similar situation, and he was just a real brother and especially, you know, when you’re on the road, it’s not like I can call anybody.”
“To have him there and be that supportive, because you know how Randy can be, and for him to be as supportive to me, it was nice. Randy has a spot in my heart forever.”
