Rogan then suggested that the Democrats might be planning to force Biden to step down, paving the way for Gavin Newsom to take his place.

Biden received about $900,000 for the honorary title of Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor despite not teaching a full semester’s course or conducting research.
Rogan mocked Biden’s UPenn position as a “million-dollar-a-year gig” where he didn’t have to show up, likening it to “mafia stuff” and suggesting it was a form of no-work job common in organized crime negotiations.
