Jennifer Lopez has been hitting the gym to relieve stress amid marital troubles. Her trainer, Dodd Romero, told Us Weekly that the 54-year-old actress is “in better shape now than she’s ever been,” highlighting her resilience and willingness to push through tough workouts.
Lopez focuses on resistance training with Romero three times a week, emphasizing glutes and abs with exercises like ab raises, rope crunches, weighted sumo-style plié squats, and lunges. On other days, she follows the Tracy Anderson Method, a low-weight, dance aerobics routine she’s done for over 15 years.
Romero shared that Lopez avoids alcohol, sugar, and dairy but isn’t overly rigid with her diet, occasionally indulging with her twins, Emme and Max, 16. She is also training for her upcoming “This Is Me … Live” tour and recently mentioned on “Live With Kelly and Mark” that she’s the smallest she’s ever been after filming “Kiss of the Spider Woman.”
Lopez has been showcasing her fit physique, notably in a low-cut white dress at the Mexico premiere of her new movie, “Atlas.”
