Sources tell TMZ that while other family members are flying in for the ceremony, Diddy will not be present.
Diddy has informed his family of his absence without providing a specific reason. However, the family suspects it is due to his ongoing legal issues and his preference to avoid creating a spectacle that could overshadow Chance’s special day.
Some of Chance’s half-siblings and members of Kim Porter’s family are expected to attend the graduation. Diddy shares Chance with Sarah Chapman. Additionally, Diddy’s twin daughters, Jessie and D’Lila, who are juniors, recently went to prom without him, as he remains in Miami.
Despite his legal troubles, Diddy has been an involved parent over the years, especially with his daughters. Notably, he was with them during the federal raids in March when authorities intercepted his private jet in Florida while preparing for a Spring Break trip. Since then, he has stayed at or near his Miami home. Sources confirm that federal authorities have not restricted his travel.
