Former First Lady Melania Trump was recently spotted making her way into Trump Tower on Tuesday after spending weeks off the radar via The Mirror.
It has been noted that her rare public appearance took place as her husband, Donald Trump traveled to Milwaukee for a rally. The presidential hopeful held the campaign event a few days after he called Milwaukee “a horrible city” during a Capitol Hill meeting with Republican lawmakers.
However, during his rally on Tuesday, he declared his love for the city as he tried to win over voters in the key battleground state of Wisconsin. Trump’s campaign spokesperson, Steven Cheung also defended the former president, stating that he was “talking about how terrible crime and voter fraud are,” but analysts believe his supposed slam on Milwaukee might hurt his chances in the upcoming presidential race.
It is noted that Melania decided against joining her husband at the rally, instead being snapped in the Big Apple sporting a luxe Hermes Birkin bag in photos published by Page Six. The ex-first lady held it low-key, ducking her head as she hopped out of a black SUV and made her entrance into Trump Tower.
She was all about the neutrals, matching her posh white bag with a crisp white get-up, including a shirt, pants, and ballet flats. This sighting is Melania’s first in the limelight after a two-week absence.
She was previously spotted in public when she stepped out of her NYC abode, marking her first public appearance since the verdict in Trump’s hush money trial, reports the Irish Star. Images published by the New York Post captured Melania leaving Trump Tower in a stylish golden brown jumpsuit, accompanied by her 18-year-old son, Barron Trump.
She reportedly entered a black Secret Service SUV, which was packed with at least seven Louis Vuitton luggage bags and several garment totes bearing Barron’s initials. The vehicle then made its way towards New Jersey, where the Trumps own an estate in Bedminster.
