– WWE Superstar Tyler Reks was a celebrity judge for a Nevada V brand clothing line fashion show at the Cheap Night Club in Tampa, Florida last night.
– Green Bay Packer Clay Matthews plugged ESPN’s coverage of his SmackDown appearance on Twitter and commented with the following: “With the looming NFL lockout, I’ve had to look for a secondary profession.”
– The Miami Herald reports that the 2012 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony will take place on March 31st from the American Airlines Arena in Miami. WrestleMania Axxess will take place that week from the Miami Beach Convention Center while RAW after WrestleMania 28 will take place on April 2nd from the American Airlines Arena. WWE will also host the WrestleMania Reading Challenge and a Celebrity Pro Am Golf Tournament in Miami.
WWE’s John Saboor said: “At WWE, we’re excited, and it’s our absolute goal to set a new watermark with WrestleMania Week when we’re here in the spring of 2012, and today [Feb.9, 2011] begins that road to 2012 and WrestleMania 28.”
