Jon Voight, an Academy Award-winning actor, issued a passionate call to action in response to former President Donald Trump’s conviction on 34 felony counts in New York City. Voight criticized President Joe Biden and his administration, accusing them of enabling corruption and lawlessness.
In his video statement titled “45th President,” Voight urged Americans to reclaim their country from what he perceives as leftist influences. He expressed concern over what he sees as a lack of accountability for wrongdoing and called on citizens to vote for principles such as truth, trust, honor, safety, love, and respect.
Voight emphasized his belief that Donald J. Trump is the only leader capable of saving the country from destruction. He characterized Trump as someone who has the best interests of the American people at heart and urged people to support him.
This isn’t the first time Voight has spoken out against perceived injustices. In the past, he has criticized leftist policies and called for the dismantling of institutions like the FBI. Voight’s outspokenness aligns with his longstanding reputation as a fierce critic of political corruption and a proponent of conservative values.
In addition to his activism, Voight continues to pursue his acting career and is set to star in an upcoming biopic about former President Ronald Reagan, slated for release this summer.
