The Young Bucks squared off against the Butcher & The Blade in a Falls Count Anywhere match on this week’s Dynamite. It seems this match was a huge success as the finish of the match garnered over 1 million viewers.

Dave Meltzer took to Twitter to announce the show managed over a million viewers. Tony Khan responded to the tweet, where he thanked fans for watching the show and also provided details regarding the numbers.

Yes, #AEWDynamite was over a million total viewers for the final 5 minutes of the @youngbucks v. Butcher & Blade Falls Count Anywhere match, from 8:55pm ET to 9pm ET with 1,018,000 viewers total and 502,000 in the key 18-49 year old demographic! Thank you to everyone who watched

This was also the first time the show defeated both RAW and Smackdown in a key demographic. The show managed to get more ratings in the women’s 18-49 demographic.
