Wrestling can be daunting as you put your body on the line between the ropes to appease the fans. Even more troublesome is to appear on two shows on the same night and lose in both of them. Katie Arquette made history as she appeared on WWE’s Monday Night Raw and Dark: Elevation (previously taped) on the same night. She is the second wrestler, the first being Cameron Stewart who appeared on Raw and Dark in September 2021.
Katie Arquette teamed with Dani Mo and Kay Sparks to take on the team of Alexa Bliss, Asuka and the Raw Women’s Champion, Bianca Belair, in a losing effort. The match was good, and the new superstars got their time between the ropes. They even performed some quality moves on their opponents.
Katie has no relation to former WCW World Heavyweight Champion David Arquette. She started wrestling in 2017 at IWC Proving Ground 6, where she lost to the former AEW Women’s Champion, Dr Britt Baker, DMD. Her first AEW match happened on the February 9th episode of Dynamite, where she lost to Serena Deeb.
Katie impressed fans with her work, and it would be nice to see her get an opportunity to be a part of NXT. She may need training, and with the training staff at the WWE Performance Centre, the sky is the limit.
