Alexa Bliss returned to action this past Friday Night after staying away from the ring for a while, but she is already back on the shelf according to latest reports
 According to F4Wonline, Bliss suffered another injury during the Live Event on Saturday from Hartford, CT, just one night after she returned to action.
 Some twitter accounts are claiming that she broke her nose during the event while the site says that they have heard she suffered a concussion, though the details of her injury are yet to be confirmed.
 Bliss had been out of action since Hell In A Cell PPV where she faced the Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey and suffered an arm injury during the show.
As of this writing, her Evolution match against Trish Stratus and Lita where she is expected to team up with Mickie James is still on, but we’ll keep you posted if the situation changes.
