The rapper P Diddy’s long-standing acquaintance with Ashton Kutcher has come under further scrutiny due to the growing sex-trafficking investigation into Diddy via NY Post.
Throughout their decades-long friendship, Kutcher and Diddy have spoken highly of one another and hosted shows on MTV. During their 2018 appearance on “The Late Late Show with James Corden,” the couple raved about how they first met and grew close.
“I was doing ‘Making the Band’ on MTV, he was doing ‘Punk’d’ and I gave him a call one day and said, ‘I heard that you are going to punk me and I just don’t think that’s a good idea,’” Diddy recalled to Corden.
Kutcher, with a smile, interjected, “I’m pretty sure that’s not the way you said it, ‘I don’t think that’s a good idea,’ is that what you said?” as the two laughed.
“I think it was some version of ‘If you do that, that will not end well for you, but I think we should work out a deal,’” Kutcher recalled.
Kutcher is yet to publicly address that matter regarding P Diddy since the feds raided two of the rap mogul’s homes last week. However, a source reportedly claimed Monday that Kutcher and his wife, Mila Kunis, would stay quiet on Combs’ legal troubles following the blowup over the letters they wrote in support of Danny Masterson.
“There is no way in hell Ashton or Mila will be showing any sort of public support for Diddy right now,” the unnamed source told the Daily Mail.
“Regardless of Ashton’s long history with him, he has distanced himself from Diddy since [ex-girlfriend] Cassie’s lawsuit, and even more so in the wake of the new ones.”
