A lot of people praised this week’s episode of Raw for being a better show than the average episode and latest reports suggest that it might have been due to some ‘extreme’ influence on the show.
According to Wrestling Observer, this week’s episode of the Red Branded Show was the “the heaviest Paul Heyman influenced show to date,”
While not confirmed, it’s speculated that Paul Heyman came up with the Gauntlet match which saw Ricochet winning and earning an opportunity to face the US Champion AJ Styles at SummerSlam.
The former ECW Owner is said to be high on gauntlet matches since the concept played a big role in helping stars like Kofi Kingston and Seth Rollins getting over in the past couple of years.
