Ben Affleck’s Wife J-Lo Sells Mansion For…

Jennifer Lopez has successfully sold her Bel Air mansion in California, a property she had listed for nine months. The singer and actress managed to secure $34 million for the lavish nine-bedroom home, setting a record in the area. Initially, she had sought $42.5 million for the property in February, according to TMZ.

Back in 2016, Lopez purchased the property for $28 million, which came with an impressive array of features, including a private lake, beach, and an outdoor amphitheater capable of accommodating 100 people. The estate also boasted an indoor movie theater, an infinity-edge pool, a gym, and 13 bathrooms. Lopez’s former Bel Air mansion covered approximately 14,000 square feet, with extensive grounds housing various amenities such as a guest cottage, a putting green, and a pagoda with a fire pit.

The “French Country” style of the property combined elements of stone and wood, creating an upscale yet cozy ambiance. The home featured a formal dining room, a chef’s kitchen with a built-in breakfast area and stone fireplace, and a spacious main entertaining room with high ceilings. Moreover, the numerous entertaining rooms opened up onto large terraces, allowing ample natural light to illuminate the interior.

Meanwhile, Lopez and her husband, Ben Affleck, recently made headlines for taking out a $20 million mortgage on their new Beverly Hills mansion, which they purchased earlier this year for an eye-watering $60.85 million. The couple’s new property acquisition was in line with their efforts to accommodate their blended family, which includes Lopez’s twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony and Affleck’s children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. The pair tied the knot in July, marking their highly publicized reunion after nearly two decades apart.

Their enduring romance has captured the attention of fans worldwide, with their recent real estate transactions reflecting their commitment to building a shared life together.
