The singer and actress managed to secure $34 million for the lavish nine-bedroom home, setting a record in the area. Initially, she had sought $42.5 million for the property in February, according to TMZ.
Back in 2016, Lopez purchased the property for $28 million, which came with an impressive array of features, including a private lake, beach, and an outdoor amphitheater capable of accommodating 100 people. The estate also boasted an indoor movie theater, an infinity-edge pool, a gym, and 13 bathrooms. Lopez’s former Bel Air mansion covered approximately 14,000 square feet, with extensive grounds housing various amenities such as a guest cottage, a putting green, and a pagoda with a fire pit.
The “French Country” style of the property combined elements of stone and wood, creating an upscale yet cozy ambiance.
