Sexyy Red was the host of last Sunday’s NXT Battleground. It has come to light that ahead of her appearance at Battleground, she was allegedly involved in a fight in an airport that led to her arrest.
TMZ reported that Red was taken into custody early Saturday morning for what police say was her involvement in a brawl that broke out between people she was with and another group at Newark Liberty International Airport. Surveillance footage also showed her wielding a stand that was on the ground:
The Port Authority told TMZ that Red was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, while others were booked on assault charges. The alleged victims were taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
