Meanwhile, Bruce’s ex-wife Demi Moore is learning how to cope with her ex-husband Bruce Willis’ health situation in the best way she knows how: by letting go of who he used to be, and appreciating him for who he is now.

The Striptease star provided an advice for others in similar situations, amid the Red actor’s diagnosis with frontotemporal dementia, which was announced in Feb. 2023.

According to the National Institute on Aging, “many possible symptoms” can present themselves as a result of the disorder, “including unusual behaviors, emotional problems, trouble communicating, difficulty with work, or difficulty with walking.”

During a recent appearance on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM show Radio Andywhere she was promoting the upcoming series Feud: Capote vs. The Swans, Cohen asked the actress to share insight on caring for loved ones with Willis’ condition. “What message do you have for people out there who have family members who have dementia? Who are maybe caring for them or in their lives?” he inquired.

“I think the most important thing I could share is just to meet them where they’re at,” the Ghost star replied.
