WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair is one of the top stars of the company. She makes sure she remains at that level and dishes out the best matches to the fans. She has achieved a lot in her illustrious career and she continues to entertain the fans. But for that, she needs to stay fit and hold the best shape of her figure. She attains it by hitting the extra hours in the gym. She had previously revealed how AEW star and her fiance Andrade help her in the gym. ‘The Queen’ recently dropped a mirror selfie to flaunt her arm muscles in a new Instagram post.

Charlotte Flair takes a shot at Ricky Starks
Charlotte has a great move-set which includes the Figure 8 that has earned her several titles in her career. She also performs moves like Natural Selection and also Spear. During an appearance on Josh Martinez’s Superstar Crossover podcast, Charlotte Flair was able to answer a question from AEW’s FTW Champion Ricky Starks as to whose spear is better, his or hers. Ricky, of course, tried to say it was him, and rather than fire and back, Charlotte Flair explained why she doesn’t feel the need to say she has a better move than anyone else.
“I feel like I don’t have to say that mind is the best to be the best,” she said. “When someone says that their’s is the best, it’s because they don’t have the confidence.”
Charlotte Flair is set to headline WrestleMania 38 for the second time in her career as she faces Ronda Rousey in a SmackDown Women’s Championship match.
Charlotte Flair discussed her fiance and AEW star Andrade El Idolo during an interview with Hot 97. During the exchange, she mentioned how the two encourage each other and how they aspire for both WWE and All Elite Wrestling to be successful at what they do. “In terms of my fiance, I think everyone likes to dream and play with this, ‘oh my gosh, he’s over there and she’s here. And she’s going to leave or he’s going to leave.’ No, he wants to be successful, I want to be successful,” Flair said. “We encourage each other. I don’t tease things for attention, or put things out there so I can get clicks or likes and get attention, like, ‘oh, she liked an AEW tweet.’
