former WWE superstar CM Punk was backstage at Saturday night’s Ohio Valley Wrestling event in Louisville, Kentucky, according to Voices of Wrestling.
The OVW event is the first pro wrestling show Punk has attended since leaving WWE earlier this year — he was most likely there to support friend and former WWE star Cliff Compton, who incidentally won the OVW Heavyweight Championship.
Punk was backstage at the show and only spoke to trainer Rip Rogers as talents were reportedly told not to bother the Straight Edge star. Punk left with Compton and was not seen by fans.
