Dana White is the President of the UFC and is certainly a controversial figure in the world of MMA. Dana White was also previously accused of an ‘illegal crime’ in Las Vegas.
Dana White and the issue with fighter pay for UFC stars remains one of the most controversial and well-discussed topics in the world of MMA right now. Another question of fighter pay was made after Cheyanne Buys’ situation, where she learned that she had won the ‘Performance of the Night’ bonus worth $50,000.
Shen would then reveal how she was struggling hard financially and was even broke. This ultimately led to a lot of backlash for her being put into this position. Dana White recently spoke to MMA Junkie’s John Morgan ahead of UFC 265 and answered questions about the issue of fighter pay.
UFC legend Michael Bisping recently spoke on BT Sport’s review show for UFC 265, where he admitted that he watched the UFC 265 pay-per-view via an illegal stream.
It is to be noted that Dana White is hugely against illegal streaming of UFC events, so this was certainly a surprise.
“Listen, I hate to grass myself up but I watched it [UFC 265] on an illegal stream last night..”
