Several former employees of Sean “Diddy” Combs have come forward alleging abusive behavior during their time working for him at his former lifestyle brand, Sean John, and his now-closed advertising agency, Blue Flame. The individuals described Combs’ behavior as erratic and recounted instances of alleged abuse in an exposé published by the Daily Beast.
One anonymous woman claimed that Combs grabbed her face during a disagreement, expressing displeasure that she wasn’t agreeing with him and wasn’t interested in hearing her point of view. She also alleged that Combs compared himself to fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld and forcibly grabbed her face, demanding she stick out her tongue.
Another former staffer claimed to have been fired after making eye contact with Combs during a meeting, while others described a toxic work environment characterized by long hours and a culture of fear. Allegations included mental abuse and aggressive behavior from Combs, creating a challenging workplace atmosphere.
These revelations come amid previous accusations against Combs, including a lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend Cassie last November, accusing him of rape and physical abuse throughout their 10-year relationship.
