Many people both inside and outside of the UFC have been continuing forward down their path of demanding fair pay for UFC stars. Jake Paul is one of those people who initially started making waves as it pertained to the pay scale as he has repeatedly called out Dana White for these ‘injustices’. Many fans are confused as a UFC star typically makes more than the average American makes in a year – in one fight. The Diamond recently revealed that his most recent fight against Conor McGregor was the first time that he feels he was actually paid in full. Dustin alluded to the fact that UFC has their ways of paying stars which could be deemed as not being the most favorable situation.
Dustin Poirier had the following to state about his latest paycheck from the fight which sidelined Conor McGregor: “My last fight, I believe, has been the closest to proper compensation for the years I’ve put in and what I’ve done. I’m on the right track, Ariel; treading in the right direction. I feel great.”
While Dustin isn’t pushing hard for more ‘fair pay,’ you can tell that he does want at least a change to the pay system.
