WWE Hall of Famer Edge is currently out of action since his match at WrestleMania 37 against WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan.
Will Edge return anytime soon?
There has not been much news about Edge’s current contract status but it was revealed that he was paid a hefty amount. As the situation stands now, it is not when will the Rated R Superstar will make his return. It is understood that there are no creative plans for him and currently having time off the programming.
The former World Champion made his fairytale return to WWE after nine long years of wait due to injury. He made his in-ring return at Royal Rumble 2020. He won the namesake match for the second time in his career in this year’s match. Goldberg Got Former WWE Champion ‘Fired’
He was put into the WWE Universal title picture with the champion Roman Reigns and later on Daniel Bryan also involved. The three men tore the show down at the Grandest Stage of Them All putting up great performances at the event. Adding Bryan to the picture made the storyline more intriguing.
Edge has returned stronger than ever but having a brief runs in WWE as part-timer. He could be returning soon with SummerSlam right around the corner. We will see what WWE has planned for the 2021 Royal Rumble winner.
