Roberts initiated a traffic stop, and the vehicle, identified as Kimber Lee’s, made evasive maneuvers before eventually stopping in a shopping center parking lot. The report notes the vehicle’s erratic movements, including veering onto the shoulder and nearly colliding with a guardrail. The legal proceedings are ongoing, and Kimber Lee awaits resolution of her case in the coming pre-trial conference.
