Goldberg Reportedly Signs Deal With Big Name

Goldberg is a WWE Hall of Famer from the class of 2018. The Myth has wrestled in the Vince McMahon era of the WWE in Saudi Arabia events, but the new regime has got nothing to do with The Iconic. Goldberg returned this year to challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship in a losing effort.

They were scheduled to face each other at WrestleMania 36, but the pandemic derailed the plans and Goldberg dropped the title to Monster of Monsters Braun Strowman. Reigns and Goldberg collided at the Elimination Chamber in Saudi Arabia. Reigns won the match with his Guillotine choke hold because Goldberg passed out and lost.

Xero News reports that Goldberg will be in Saudi Arabia on the Prince’s invitation for a formula or car show on the same day as Crown Jewel. Goldberg appeared on the recent episode of WWE’s The Bump and said that he has a score to settle with The Needle Mover for his Guillotine Choke Hold.

In totality, Goldberg has wrestled in four matches at the show and has lost in two of them, while winning in two which also includes a Universal Championship match with The Fiend. He even main evented Super ShowDown in 2019, where Taker and he worked out some way to end the match as the bout was a disaster.

He defeated The Fiend in 2020 for the Universal Championship. Last year he had a feud with Bobby Lashley for the title, but it was only in Saudi Arabia that he beat Lashley in a No Holds Barred match and won. He returned to Saudi this year and lost to Roman Reigns.

Do you think Goldberg will appear at the Crown Jewel? Sound off in the comments.
