During Impact Wrestling’s Bound For Glory pay-per-view, Rhino managed to win the Call Your Shot gauntlet and got a contract for Heath Slater. However, Slater seems to have suffered an injury.
According to a report by PW Insider, it was initially believed that was that Slater suffered a knee injury or leg-related injury. However, in actuality, he seems to have suffered a groin or abdomen tear. At this time Heath is still waiting for the official diagnosis.
This is certainly bad timing as Slater finally received a contract from Impact Wrestling. We hope he will be able to make his return soon enough.
