Hulk Hogan vs. Roman Reigns Bombshell Leaks

WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan recently revealed if he would make his in-ring return to face the WWE Champion Brock Lesnar in 2022. ‘The Hulkster’ said that would end up in a wheelchair if he went up against ‘The Beast Incarnate.’

Hulk Hogan states he would not face Brock Lesnar

Back in the day, Hogan had lost a 10-minute match against the up-and-coming Lesnar on August 8, 2002, episode of SmackDown. Hulk Hogan had locked horns with Lesnar for the first time in an Undisputed Championship number one contender’s match. Lesnar was previously given the nickname, ‘The Next Big Thing’ at the time, making his legendary opponent pass out to a bearhug. He then defeated The Rock at SummerSlam 2002 to cement his status as WWE’s next top main-eventer.

Now aged 68, ‘The Hulkster’, who has officially retired from wrestling will not be considering getting back inside the squared circle. He has undergone 23 surgeries over the last decade and there is a limit his body could take.

The WWE legend was asked on the Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling podcast if he would like to have faced any current wrestlers. He immediately responded with Roman Reigns’ name before joking that a match against Lesnar would be bad for his health:

“The first one I would try to pick off would be Roman. I’d like to get to Brock but good God, I’d be in a wheelchair by the time I get done with that. I don’t need no rematch with Brock! I’m good, man,” said Hogan.

WWE Champion Brock Lesnar is set to square off against the WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns in a “Winner Take All Match” on Night Two of WrestleMania 38, which is Sunday, April 3. WWE WrestleMania 38 is already shaping up to look like one of the biggest premium live events in recent memory with other top-level matches being on the card for the event which includes Charlotte Flair vs Ronda Rousey for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship as well as Rey & Dominik Mysterio taking on The Miz & Logan Paul.
