President Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump recently sported summer-like weather in Miami this weekend, taking a stroll with her son Joseph while he rode his scooter through the city.
Trump appeared to be in high spirits as the duo made their way through a downtown park.
The former First Daughter wore an ankle-length white belted dress with polka dots and sandals. Her son Joseph, 9, wore a tee shirt, shorts, and a helmet while carrying his skateboard.
Eventually, they were joined by husband Jared Kushner, 42, alongside son Theodore, 7, and daughter Arabella, 11. The ex-senior advisors to the president have been active in their adopted home in recent weeks, dining alongside Jeff Bezos and attending Miami Heat playoff games.
The family relocated to Florida in January 2021 after Ivanka’s father, former President Donald Trump, left the White House.
Ivanka and Jared spent the past two years living at Arte Surfside, a luxury condominium building nestled between Miami Beach and Bal Harbour.
They are close to finishing the renovations on their $24 million waterfront mansion on Indian Creek, an exclusive island known as the ‘Billionaire Bunker.’
The couple bought the fixer-upper a little over a year after they dropped $31.8 million on a two-acre plot of land on the island in 2020. They plan on moving into the spatial 8,500-square-foot abode with their children once it is finally completed.
Ivanka and Jared’s current rental at Arte Surfside is set to hit the market for $18.8 million sometime this year.
She has been living a life of leisure since she officially quit politics in November, but she’s not free of Washington, D.C. — or her family’s legal woes — just yet.
