According to Pwinsider.com, Jeff Hardy’s probable cause hearing, which was scheduled for today, was pushed back to January 27th, 2010. This is the second time that the hearing has been delayed. The probable cause hearing was to determine if there was enough evidence to send the case to the grand jury. If that happens, the grand jury would then decide if the case should be prosecuted or not.
