Joaquin Wilde was one of the better-known names heading into NXT’s Breakout Tournament over the summer. Alongside Isaiah “Swerve” Scott, Cameron Grimes, NXT Cruiserweight Champion Angel Garza, and eventual winner Jordan Myles, Wilde looked to impress the Full Sail crowd and earn a shot at a title of his choosing.
While he would lose to Garza in the first round, Wilde definitely impressed viewers. However, a horrible injury would put him on the shelf, keeping him out for five months. Wilde made his return to in-ring action in a dark match before the December 4th episode of NXT.

Tonight, Wilde will make his return to WWE TV, debuting on 205 Live. Also set for tonight, we have Raul Mendoza vs Ariya Daivari and Danny Burch vs Tony Nese.
