John Cena received quite a bit of backlash from the WWE Universe as he sported an interesting hairstyle in his latest run with the company. Dubbed “JBL hair” by many fans, he was mocked relentlessly.
Today, in a video posted on WWE’s YouTube channel, the 16-time World Champion revealed a new look, which he’d received after he finished filming Project X-Traction, a movie starring himself and Jackie Chan. Speaking in Mandarin, Cena announced that he was taking part in a new “secret” project, and is getting a new style to go along with that movie. In the second half of the video below, he revealed that he’d gotten most of his hair cut off, looking a lot like classic Cena.
Cena’s next film role will be in the newest Fast & Furious movie, set to be released on May 22nd, 2020.
