Kelsey Grammer Drops Trump Bombshell And Storms Off

Kelsey Grammer, known for his role in “Fraiser,” reaffirmed his support for former President Donald Trump during an interview with BBC Radio 4’s Today show. When asked about his political views and support for Trump, Grammer stated, “I am, and I’ll let that be the end of it.” However, the interview was abruptly cut short by Paramount’s public relations team.

Grammer’s acknowledgment of being a Trump supporter led to the unexpected conclusion of the interview, with the actor expressing his willingness to discuss the topic further. The interviewer, Justin Webb, clarified that Grammer himself was open to continuing the conversation, but the Paramount+ PR team intervened, deciding that there had been enough time for the interview.

Despite the interview being curtailed, Grammer had previously been vocal about his support for Trump and his affiliation with the Republican Party. The actor recently reprised his iconic role as Dr. Frasier Crane in a Paramount+ reboot of the popular NBC sitcom “Fraiser,” which originally aired from 1993 to 2004.

“I have to say, actually, Kelsey Grammer himself was perfectly happy to go on talking about it,” Webb said. “The Paramount+ PR people, less happy that he talked about it at some length so we… They decided we’d had plenty of time for our interview.”

He continued: “But I should stress that he was perfectly happy to talk about why he supports Donald Trump and still does in the forthcoming election.”
