As noted, WWE Star John Cena may have sustained a neck injury in his match against Kevin Owens at Friday’s WWE live event. According to the Wrestling Observer, the injury happened when Cena was doing an Infrared sunset flip and landed on his head. He was said to be OK following the match.
John Cena then posted this cryptic tweet:
