John Cena, a former professional wrestler and current Hollywood actor, recently spoke about his cameo role in the film ‘Barbie.’ Cena portrayed a mermaid in the movie, and while it was a brief appearance, he expressed gratitude for the opportunity, considering it a stroke of luck.
In an interview with Terri Seymour of Extra, Cena mentioned how fortunate he felt to have the cameo role in ‘Barbie.’ He appreciated the experience and the chance to work with talented individuals in the film. Cena humorously described the role, saying, “Just put on a fish tail and a blonde wig and let all the talented folks do the rest.”
Despite the brevity of his appearance, ‘Barbie’ turned out to be a massive success, grossing $1.4 billion. Cena expressed his gratitude not only for the film’s commercial success but also for the positive reception it received from both audiences and critics.
