Alyssa Farah Griffin, co-host of ABC’s The View, has made it clear that she holds no admiration for her former boss, ex-President Donald Trump, nor does she find Lara Trump’s appointment as co-chair of the Republican National Committee impressive. A recent interview featuring Lara Trump on Prime Time with Alex Stein only fueled Griffin’s disdain.
During the episode, host Alex Stein engaged in shocking behavior, pretending to abuse a baby doll by setting it on fire, hitting it with a shoe, and punting it. Griffin retweeted a post from Patriottakes containing footage of the incident along with her own scathing critique of the Republican party’s direction:
“This is what the new RNC leadership is up to: sitting for an interview with the sexist fringe dude who harassed female Nikki Haley staffers. When will the @GOP realize that millions of lifelong Republicans don’t want to be associated w/the fringe, crazy nonsense it’s amplifying?”
Griffin’s tweet included the video clip in question.
Griffin isn’t alone in her disapproval of Stein’s actions. Rep. Chip Roy also condemned BlazeTV, the network responsible for the segment Griffin referenced. In the segment, Stein approached female volunteers for Nikki Haley’s presidential campaign and inquired about their involvement with OnlyFans, a platform often associated with adult content.
